Labor Day cooking

So, what do we do with all those hot peppers James grows? We make hot sauce and hot mustard. This year James also grew huckleberries. Yes, my huckleberry friend, huckleberries. I have never had them before and was calling them all the wrong things in the garden. James had to correct me, and he did it patiently and nicely every time! So today we were cooking up in the kitchen. It doesn't take too many peppers to make it spicy, that's why we offer them up at the stand.
