New Stand, more produce

James and I put together the new stand. We are pretty excited about it. James also has added and will be adding more produce today. You will find that the trumpet squash is doing really well in his garden this year. When you see the flesh browning, the trumpet squash behaves like a winter squash like butternut. The young trumpet squash is easily substituted for zucchini. If you find the flesh too tough, just peel it! Enjoy the wild bounty and making dinner. Tonight, I will be grilling out our green and yellow squash and anything else he brings in that he doesn't find suitable for the stand. (Meaning, they are blemished or have a few bugs in them, I cut it out and cook with it.)

I meant if the skin is tough you can peel it!
Thanks for sharing from your garden, I really liked those Carolina reapers from last year!
